We prepare the floor surface using advanced techniques such as shot blasting and diamond grinding. Our grinders are equipped with vacuum systems to keep your space clean throughout the process.

Step 02

Concrete Crack Repair

Before applying the coatings, we repair any pits and cracks in your concrete using top-tier menders and fillers. This step ensures a smooth and durable surface for the coatings.

Step 03

Basecoat Application

We mix and apply a 100% solid, self-priming pure polyurea basecoat. This basecoat provides a strong foundation for the coatings and enhances their longevity.

Step 04

Broadcasting the Chip

To add color, texture, and pattern to your floor, we carefully broadcast chips by hand after applying the basecoat.

Step 05

Scraping the Chip

Once the basecoat is dry, our experts scrape and vacuum the floor to remove any loose or standing flakes for a smooth and even surface.

Step 06

Clear Coat Application

To complete the process, we apply a UV-stable polyaspartic clear coating. This clear coat not only enhances the final look of your floor but also offers additional protection against damage.
